@nckhui It’s the lack of support and the fact you can make just as much money being treated far better elsewhere. The hours are endless and the lack of support from the State, District and Community take a toll.

@nckhui Good luck getting teachers to work six days a week in person. They are already underpaid for the five everyone thinks they only work. (Hint: they work 8 days a week prepping, planning and such)
