@RealJamesWoods@RealJamesWoods Companies that move their products to a subscription models are the absolute worst. As customer I don't want to perpetually pay for a product. I want to pay for it once, and that be it. Paying rent for a product I bought sucks. It needs to stop!
@theprettyarike Not surprised you decided to bring him home to "service" you 😁 after seeing how you were laughing all over the place when Ayefele brought him over to the studio 😂😂😂
There are two principles from childhood I learnt.
1 in Ile Kewu. To be careful to mock people (for their misfortunes) hence, to be tested with that same issue"
2. The Yoruba proverb, that Tí ojú bá fara balẹ̀, á rí imú"
"If the eyes can be patient and calm enough, they will see the nose."
Which leads me to Obidients and their touted structure of criminality.
It used to be the common retort that other parties were terrible, and that some leaders would wake up and hand tickets to whomever they pleased. "Tinubu for example would decide in his bedroom , who got what?
"We don't want Baba Sope Politics"
Obidients have been herded like cows, from LP to ADC and finally to NDC.
In NDC, Ex-Bayelsa Governor Seriakhe Dickson is the Tinubu of the party, and decisions are taken in his house.
Everybody behaves in Dickson's house including initially garrulous Obidients, because he cuts the pie.
Yesternight, Dickson informed supporters that, they should not even think of NDC Senatorial primaries at all. They have decided to give Grandma Pam.
Aisha Yesufu, like other Obidients who used to mock INEC for announcing 2023 Presidential results in the night, announced the "consensus" decision too in the night.
The funniest thing is seeing throngs of candidates inside Dickson's house pleading and asking for direction on party primaries.
"Yes sir" "okay sir"
The kind of grovelling that doesn't even get seen inside Tinubu's Bourdillion.
Even Obi clamps his hands inside Dickson's parlour.
How can you abuse Tinubu and APC for imposition, only to go and experience formal in-your-face Baba Sope inside Dickson's sitting room in NDC.
Any which way, don't end up a Matanmi that is deceiving himself.
UPDATE ON MY MECHANIC.
This morning I paid for new sets of Parts and after coming back from the Clinic I went to my Mechanic.
I met he’s already fixed the Car so I suspected something wasn’t right. I told him to drive the car and he declined which confirmed my doubts.
I started the car and discovered the steering rack I bought was not the one installed.
The Mechanic struck a deal with the Parts Seller to replace the parts and it didn’t work well. They wanted me to use the car for some time that the noise will stop but I objected immediately and requested to see the parts installed.
As I began to make call to invite the Police the Mechanic opened up that the parts that the part seller gave him this morning was not a Belgium parts but a Second hand parts.
See me see trouble.
They’ve begged and have gone to bring a direct Belgium parts to fix after much drama between the Mechanic and Parts seller.
They’ve been blaming themselves whereas they planned everything together.
If you a car owner let me advice you,
DON’T EVER LEAVE YOUR CARE FOR A MECHANIC TO FIX IN YOUR ABSENCE.
It’s condemn parts they’ll use for you.
No Mechanic is innocent, I repeat NONE.
Yes, the Ben-Gvir video is disgraceful. But that's not the issue. The (obvious) issue is that if that's how nonviolent European protesters are treated in public, any person with a brain can imagine how Palestinians are treated behind closed doors. *That* is the real scandal.
