@mrjohnhendry Better than KFC - mix some flavouring (curry cumin, whatever) in some mayonnaise and put chicken pieces into it to coat. Crush some rice crispies and pop coated chicken in to coat. Cook in oven on baking tray for 20 mins. Grandchildren prefer them to KFC

Created this veg garden and put up polytunnel last week. Planted lots of old seeds - beans, peas, beetroot, lettuce, rocket, fennel, etc., Fingers crossed they grow.
