@omgsidewalks Yes, almost always management. Worked 2 weeks for 12 hours most days and an hour drive to and from and when I tried asking for a day off soon they told me to wait another week. I was so burnt out and I have another job on the side too and I couldn’t keep up.

I worked 5+ years (since I could work) getting my wages higher, I move and right before I land a job they up the minimum wage so they said “we’ll pay you $1 more” housing went up so much I got priced out my last place. 💀

@uncledoomer Moved & had savings. YRS experience in working 2-3 jobs (two part time one full) & built my way to making more money. Moved and minum wage went up. Worked my tail off to get no more than what I was making because thats what I earned at my last 2 jobs, cost of living risen.
