最近在中国揭阳发生了一起极端恶劣的虐狗事件，4个12岁的男童当着一只流浪狗妈妈的面打死了她的孩子，之后放火活生生烧死了妈妈，引起了无数民众的愤怒，施暴者的父母并没有教育孩子，该村的村民还烧死了另外三只流浪狗来挑衅网友。介于中国没有动物保护法，施暴者不会受到任何惩罚。
