@Aetna @AetnaHelp @AetnaNews is by far the absolute WORST with credentialing!!!! My application was submitted September 20, 2022. It has been 6 months, and they are still telling me they will escalate my ticket which has been done now 3 separate times!!!! Horrible!!!
