We had a busy fairy tale day yesterday. We made a Once upon a time …. banner, printed some castle walls and designed some castle bunting. We had an amazing day.

@George_LittleG Oh no, sorry about that. We sent a letter out at the end of half term and I think a text went out. Don’t worry we will find a costume in the morning.

Today we are learning to count on using a number track. Some of us used a whiteboard to keep track of the calculations we were doing.

Yesterday we were using Tangrams to create pictures. The final challenge was to make a perfect square with the shapes. It really made us think.

This week we have been learning to solve problems. Using only a certain number of tiles we had to make them fit exactly. Then the challenge was to find how many ways they could fit.

It has been a chick holding kind of morning. Lots of washing hands afterwards of course.
