Check out these photos of a membrane we have been working on recently. It's a no.3 jib for a classic, clinker built Stella - the owner is hoping to race her in the south coast next year and we can't wait to see the results!

This Seawolf 26 saw us replacing almost everything on board - we made the sprayhood and frame, stackpack, dodgers and a mainsail. All the cover work was made in Captain Navy WeatherMax80 and were fitted as soon as we were able to post lockdown.

With the boat based in Hamble our south coast team have worked alongside the Harwich cover team to create a beautiful set of covers, showing just how good communication between our teams can give stunning results!

We originally began discussions with this customer back at the 2019 Southampton Boat Show, with the order being finalised in January this year. After lockdown we were able to pattern and fit the covers and the owners have enjoyed the summer with the new space on board.

This Nimbus Nova cover has transformed the boat from an open day boat, to one that can be used in all weathers. Our sprayhoods are adaptable to suit your needs and in this case has vastly increased the onboard space.

Even from my limited experience, comparing new sails with old, I feel that the boat sails better closer to the wind and is 'snappier?' coming out of a tack. Complete change in performance!
