@Hadesanubis2254 @skknsfw @Wass_Nonnam Like the others have said it depends. Not everyone in a wheelchair is paralyzed, but even among those who do there are complete and incomplete injuries.

In this case, my OC has an incomplete injury, so her legs have no movement but she still has feeling where it counts the most.
