@FedEx y’all are trash, customer service is even worse. How do y’all have no solution for a customer when YOU guys mess up? I get an email”fedex will deliver between 8:20AM-1:45PM”2 calls to CS and the same answer. “It will be there by 8PM, sir” it’s 9PM, y’all lied twice.
