This morning, the "chill-out-" video from @stv, is a field full of cows in the distance.
Buster hates cows, as well as horses, sheep, and pigs, despite having never met any of them, and so barked loudly every time a cow moved.
It was not so relaxing, for either of us.

@stv has chill-out videos until 5am, every day.
This morning's video was a lighthouse.
Nothing moved.
Ever.
It stressed me out waiting for a window to open, or a bird to fly past.
It didn't happen.
For hours.
Was I glad to see Tipping Point arrive at 5:10am, so I could unwind!

Remain calm by remembering you work for a UK wide service, and not just little Eng-er-land. There are more UK countries not playing in the final, than are playing.

The vaccine was definitely not sore, when being injected, and was barely noticeable, compared to every other recent injection, and I have had a LOT.
In the days after though,it hurt!
My arm felt as though it had been punched repeatedly, very hard.
And the vaccine flu,🤢yuk
