Today a transient lit a fire in front of my home and after I reported it to the police, they came by and did nothing about it. How is this okay? I feel completely hopeless.

@PaulKrekorian Can we please find some way to clean up the streets of North Hollywood? This is embarrassing already. I’ve put in a request to 311 only to be told it can’t be cleaned up because it’s a “homeless encampment” when nobody lives there. I’m embarrassed to live here.

@CaltransDist7 I’ve tried contacting your office multiple times to no avail. You guys built this, didn’t put any locks on the gates and now this entire area has been tagged. I’ve even seen people living inside of the reservoir. Can we get some attention on this area?

@CaltransDist7 When will you be cleaning this up? I can’t get a hold of anyone at CalTrans to come and clean this mess up. You built this entire area and then decided not to put a lock on any of these fences, allowing people to not only enter and tag the area, but also camp out.
