@BTCCexchange on Jan 18th you had at outage for several minutes that cost several missed TP. A compensation a 1k is peanuts to the 5 missed over 5k, even to go as far as shutting down and restarting (being liquidated). I sent several screenshots as evidence. 1k? Insult.
