​After a verbal disagreement on a neighbor’s porch de-escalated and both parties parted ways, the neighbor contacted the sheriff’s department to request a formal criminal trespass warning. Two deputies—identified on camera as Johnny Hernandez (Badge #535) and his partner (Badge #520), arrived at the homeowner’s gated property to issue the paperwork.

​Right out of the gate, the homeowner played it strictly by the book:

He immediately acknowledged on their active body mics that he received the notice and would never set foot on the neighbor’s property again.

He explicitly invoked his constitutional right to remain silent without legal counsel present.

He pointed out the posted "No Trespassing" signs and gave repeated, direct lawful orders for both deputies to vacate his curtilage immediately.

​Under the law, an officer's "implied license" to enter private property to conduct brief, consensual business vanishes the very second that consent is revoked, especially on posted private land.

The homeowner was not under arrest, suspected of zero active crimes, and their lawful business was 100% concluded.

​Yet instead of leaving, Deputy Hernandez and his partner blatantly broke the law and trespassed. Driven by pure ego, they refused to clear the gate, condescendingly insisting they would stand on his private property until they finished paperwork on their own schedule.

​Faced with armed agents of the state deliberately violating his Fourth Amendment protections and ignoring half a dozen warnings to leave, the homeowner gave them an ultimatum: they had 30 seconds to get off his land before he shut the gate and let his dog out.

The deputies quickly backed outside the fence line, proving that the second their intimidation tactics fail and their qualified immunity is put on the line, the badge-heavy bravado disappears.

​Law enforcement officers swear an oath to uphold the Constitution, not trespass on private property to wage petty ego trips against the taxpayers who fund their salaries. Know your rights, stand your ground, and never let rogue deputies pretend a badge gives them ownership of your front yard.

These statements are incredibly useful. Indeed, Jewish terrorism in the West Bank is gov't-backed and state-financed (who gave them the ATVs, the guns, financed their reserve duty service? Who finances their protection by the IDF?). Netanyahu is so focused on gaining the votes of terrorists and their supporters he's exposing himself and this government.
