This sounds like a PR cleanup for a company that has failed its customers repeatedly this year.

If a passenger is late by 2 minutes, the gate is closed. No mercy.
If Indigo is late by 10 hours, we are asked to be 'humble.'

Why does the 'Humility' rule only apply to the common man and not the corporation? The staff is suffering because Indigo Management refuses to invest in better infrastructure. Blame the boardroom, not the passengers.
