I fully believe the assimilation success of East / SE Asians in America can be attributed to:
1) The adoption of western names
2) High intermarriage rates (particularly women)
3) High average conscientiousness
4) Lack of firmly held incompatible religious beliefs
Uber driver explained his name to me.
His parents wanted to assimilate, so him and his siblings all have Indian names that sound like American ones. His name is pronounced like "Davey".
Clever idea!
@MichaelMax4659@0hour1 It doesn't. At least not on its own.
.30-06 k98s are ridiculously common in the US. WW2 left-overs were sold in huge quantities in the US, as their barrels were shot out (many already were) people rebarrelled with.30-06.
@DeezyHVNZ@jaysang1996@legallymom2 There are roughly 125k computing related job openings each year in the US.
There were 315k computing related job openings last year. And not all of the 125k are employable. Some will inevitably be incompetent or insane.
@Madam_Mito@redaction@DrJackKruse You're hiding behind credentialism rather than addressing the logical arguments against your claims. An act which completely discredits you and your "studies".
As a result we're done here, I'll not waste time on frauds.
@4theRepublic47@VivekGRamaswamy Then diplomas, grade levels, and graduation holds neither meaning nor value.
Grade levels are proficiency levels, not age ranges.
The key to fixing public education is to bring back something we’ve lost: standards. If you can’t read by the end of 3rd grade, you shouldn’t move on to 4th grade. Make algebra competence the default before high school. Knowledge of U.S. civics should be a condition for graduation.
Mali: 1235-1610 (Arabic not African derived)
Songhai: 1460-1591 (primarily Arabic derived)
Benin: does not meet the definition of a civilization
Nubia: 2000-1500bc (primarily Egyptian in origin)
Africa (non-mediterranean) does not have a single civilization that did not derive its culture primarily from an external source.
@Dolphinrara69@bartholo520295@libertarianneko Yes, winter was historically far more lethal to humans. A drought or famine can kill you in weeks. Winter can kill you in hours, minutes in some places.
Furthermore, winter is predictable in timing in ways that Africa's dry seasons are not. Predictability advantages planning
@gamefreak013@XxKDSP@Whotfismick Knowledge and skills are heavily tied to intelligence, which is just as much of an innate physical trait as athleticism is.
No matter how hard they work, a good 50% of the population will never be competitive in STEM.
@tenobrus Find a different girl?
I saw mine watching an Instagram reel similar to what you described and after it was over she said "what a dumb bitch".
@Dolphinrara69@bartholo520295@libertarianneko In much of the world, winter would kill you if you didn't prepare for it in spring. That required planning and execution, which required intelligence.
There was strong selective pressure for intelligence outside of Africa.
