It was an interesting Friday yesterday. I was attending at @OR_UK London Shoulder Meeting.
At the same time, I was very happy to take part online in the “SHOULDER DAY of Lat-EL 2026” in Szombathely, Hungary together with Roman Brzóska and others.
Many thanks for the invitation.

We further improved and developed our technique to treat a complex “3D” (Difficult and Dorsally Decentred) shoulder last week. It was another valuable collaboration between the founding members of the Bankart Shoulder Society and dual consultant operating with Mr Toby Baring.
It was great to represent @to_orthopaedics London with Joyti Saksena, Harold Nwaboku and @rupendattani at the consultant networking evening recently at Nuffield Highgate Hospital. It was also nice chat and catch up with other colleagues and the wider management team.
Another educational and fun last few days during our successful 2nd hybrid (day 1 online and days 2 & 3 in-person) London Upper Limb FRCS (Tr & Orth) revision course.
Comprehensive and curriculum-oriented talks with FRCS Viva practices by our expert Faculty.

Another great lab day at the Ortho Surgical Skills Centre in Newbury, which was very useful to determine the direction to take with our project. It was an eye-opener to experience that surgical research innovation can be challenging and tricky.
