@PokeTCGAlerts2 I was at Target this morning for Phantasmal Flames and it went super smooth Walmart can do the same. The line of people was escorted to customer service, no line cutting, strict limits in place, you had to provide your ID to purchase, and exit after checking out. It was perfect.
