Information reaching IPOB leadership this night is that one of the new DSS agents assigned to MNK attacked him in the DSS headquarters with the intention to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .

The situation lead other DSS officers physically to drag their fellow officer out of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s cell as he was seen kicking Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .

It seems the DSS and those that don’t want Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be free are planning to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu inside DSS headquarters under the pretext of having misunderstanding with a DSS officer.

The action of this DSS officer is unacceptable and made to face the consequences of his action and the DSS must make sure that nothing happens to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in their custody. Unless they’re ready for another new confrontation with IPOB worldwide .

Different Security institutions of the country have been in Imo State for three years now, going after youths, arresting people in cars, markets and homes simply because they are asking and demanding for a referendum. These security institutions kept making press releases and threats against Igbo people.

But since Fulani herdsmen terr0rists went to a village in Benue State and kị́lled more than 200 people, none of these security institutions has made one press release. They made no threat, and they are not ready to track down those who kị́lled these people and burnt them beyond recognition. They kị́lled both children and women.

THE COMICAL PROSECUTION OF MAZI NNAMDI KANU CONTINUES TO COLLAPSE UNDER ITS OWN EMBARRASSMENT

The global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), under the supreme leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, watches with utter disbelief as the Nigerian government’s farcical trial against our leader degenerates further into a spectacle of comedy, incompetence, and judicial abuse.

At today’s hearing, the prosecution paraded yet another witness, codenamed PW-DDD, whose appearance only served to further expose the emptiness of the charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. To his credit, PW-DDD appeared unmasked, admitting openly that he had previously interacted with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2015 during his earlier illegal detention by the DSS — a telling reminder that this is now the third unlawful detention of our leader for his legitimate advocacy for Biafra self-determination.

In an unprecedented display of prosecutorial bankruptcy, Awomolo SAN, leading the prosecution, resorted to submitting internet-sourced newspaper publications as so-called "evidence" in a high-profile terrorism trial.

Vanguard newspaper became the latest addition to this grotesque parade of media fabrications — unverified, untested, and purely speculative tabloid materials being tendered in place of credible, admissible evidence. Is this now the standard of legal practice taught at Nigerian law schools?

Adding to the absurdity, the court was taken on a site visit to inspect the so-called container and radio transmitter — items which the Court of Appeal had previously ruled should be the subject of proceedings in Awka, not Abuja.

The prosecution’s insistence on violating subsisting court orders is not only contemptuous but a flagrant display of executive lawlessness. This is nothing but persecution by any name.
When asked to proceed with his examination-in-chief, the prosecution shamefully declined and sought an adjournment.

The Hon. Justice Omotosho, in a clear warning, granted a brief window for continuation but firmly ordered that the prosecution must close its case by Thursday or risk having the case closed automatically.

The world is witnessing the tragic comedy Nigeria calls a terrorism trial — a trial that now depends on recycled propaganda, internet fishing expeditions, and discredited media reports rather than actual evidence. No amount of media manipulation or prosecutorial grandstanding can mask the undeniable fact: there is no case against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

We urge the international community, human rights organizations, and conscientious observers to continue to monitor these disgraceful proceedings. The Nigerian state is merely exposing itself before the world as incapable of upholding the most basic standards of law, fairness, or justice.

Hope Uzodinma and his allies assert that there are no Fulani herdsmen in Imo state, attributing the killings in the state to #IPOB/#ESN, now many Imo indigenes have allied with the adversaries of Biafra restoration project insisting that there are no Fulani herdsmen in the bushes, let alone entering their villages.

I question this video from an Agwa indigene in Imo state , who is he pleading to for assistance? , the Governor, or the security personnel who assert they lack the authority to confront Fulani herdsmen or the vigilantes of his village.
Don’t forget #ESN is the sole security organization capable of managing Fulani herdsmen in Biafraland , until most of our people acknowledge the actual situation regarding the atrocities committed by Fulani herdsmen those criminals will continue to attack our villages and nobody will ever confront them apart from #IPOB/#ESN.
