Kigozi John Baptist, the driver accused in the fatal crash along Entebbe Road that killed Badru and Isaac of NextMedia and seriously injured Makona, appeared in court facing five charges, including causing death and injury by reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, and reckless driving. The court remanded him to prison until 31 August 2026, with further updates expected as the case progresses.
