The core problem: Federal hemp (thanks to the Farm Bill) has ZERO mandatory testing or certification. No oversight means an open door to heavy metals, pesticides, and toxins sprayed on crops.
Pure Wild West.
State cannabis programs actually regulate this tightly.
We need a full federal legalization + testing act for hemp AND cannabis—so they grow safely together, not in chaos.
