Hydrogen water will be as common as creatine in 10 years.
The world's leading hydrogen scientist will change how you think about your health forever.
Here's everything you need to know (thread):
1) Drinking hydrogen water improved every marker of metabolic syndrome
Today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I’m releasing never-before-seen communications and documents exposing how Dr. Fauci provided millions in US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab, worked with politicized elements within the Intelligence Community to suppress the truth about his actions and hide the virus’ lab-leak origins, and lied to Congress while under oath in 2024. It’s time you know the truth.

Three of them were #Raiders. You make this tough.
-Career wise id take Mike Haynes
-If it was only 1 yr id take Lester Hayes in 1980
-if it was 35 yrs old or older ill go with Albert Lewis
-Walls was a great player too for a very long time.
Raiders debate time: Who's the better quarterback, Ken Stabler or Derek Carr? Carr owns many of the franchise passing records and carried some bad Raiders teams for nearly a decade.
But Stabler has what Carr doesn't—a league MVP, multiple playoff wins, and a Super Bowl championship. Carr may have the stats, but Stabler has the legacy. Which matters more to Raider Nation?
Not so good evening, family.
My older brother passed away. He was put on hospice yesterday, and passed around midnight. Prostate cancer.
If anyone has an extra prayer, I'd appreciate it.
Savor the time you have with family and friends.
Have a good night, ya'll. ✌️
I wasn't even sure what to say when I saw the news yesterday.
@AldonSmith is gone.
Thirty-six years old.
As Raiders fans, we spend so much time arguing over depth charts, draft picks, and what happened on Sundays that we sometimes forget the names on the backs of those jerseys belong to real people.
Aldon wasn't perfect. None of us are.
But he was one of the most naturally gifted players to ever rush a quarterback. He fought battles that many of us watched from a distance and couldn't possibly understand. Through all of it, there were people who never stopped hoping he'd find peace, happiness, and another chance to write a different ending to his story.
Yesterday, that hope turned into heartbreak.
For some fans, he'll be remembered for the explosiveness, the talent, and the way he could completely change a game. For others, he'll be remembered as a reminder that you never truly know what someone is carrying behind closed doors.
Either way, this isn't a day for criticism or debate.
It's a day to remember that life is fragile.
Tell the people you love that you love them. Check on the friend you haven't talked to in a while. Give a little more grace than you normally would.
Because tomorrow isn't promised to any of us.
Rest in Raiders Paradise, Aldon Smith. Thank you for wearing the Silver and Black.
Once a Raider, always a Raider. ☠️🕊️
📺 Raider Nation, thank you for always showing that this community is about more than football. If you're part of the @Raiders Unleashed family, hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight.

CB Jermod McCoy is on target for full participation in @Raiders camp. As we've previously reported, he's currently on a management program, which is why he hasn't always been on the field during OTAs. But there are no new issues with the knee.
