Still waiting patiently for a realistic response.. my jagex account is disabled because of an account that wasn’t mine, it has been removed, and my account is still disabled, 17 of the accounts that I created are just now disabled? The Ironman I created 4 years ago that I’ve been playing 12-18 hours a day? My main which is 5.8B xp and trimmed completionist with master of all? And all its feats, all my alts that I’ve done 99 slayer on for money making? The 30,000+ hours I’ve dedicated to RuneScape, the insane amount of money I have spent, the membership that I’ve continued paying for even when not playing the game actively. And this is how i get treated, not even the time of day to get a proper response or someone to look into the situation. In what world is this fair, I’m tired of the automated responses. Myself and I’m sure plenty others would not have upgraded to a jagex account if this is going to be the result.

Yes.. I’m saying that all my accounts that I created are now disabled. Because of one that I didn’t create that is no longer on my jagex account. Because of an honest mistake. You guys disabled a jagex account with over 12Billion rs3 xp, 30,000+ hours of game time, easily 20,000$ spent. At minimum I’m trying to recover just my Ironman I made 3 years ago. Can you just please email me so I can discuss this further.

My jagex account got disabled for an account being on there that wasn’t mine. My friend quit and gave me his Ironman before jagex accounts came out. I know that’s wrong and I’m sorry. But when I first made a jagex account and added all my accounts, without thinking I added it as well. I know I messed up but why is every single one of my accounts being disabled because of it, there’s 17 accounts linked to that account all from the last 19 years of my life playing RuneScape. I really hope you can do something for me!
