Nearly 40% of both Gen Z and Millennials use food-delivery apps at least once a week. That drops to 21.5% of Gen X and just 10% of Baby Boomers.

TouchBistro/Harris Poll found 64% of Gen Z orders takeout or delivery at least weekly, higher than any other generation. Millennials, meanwhile, lead in dollars spent on takeout about $46 per order versus $38 across generations and 41% said they planned to order takeout/delivery more often.

DoorDash’s “consideration” rate was 33.4% among Gen Z versus 14% among Boomers. For Uber Eats it was 32.1% Gen Z, 22.9% Gen X and 10.7% Boomers.

I just bought my son NBA 2K27, and I was delighted to see Caitlin Clark on the Deluxe Edition cover.

She didn’t get there because someone decided they needed better optics. She got there because she’s the biggest commercial force women’s basketball has ever produced.

She shattered attendance records. She drove television ratings. She sold jerseys. She brought millions of new fans to the WNBA. That’s what companies reward: people who make them money.

The irony is hard to ignore. The WNBA has often seemed determined to make life harder for its biggest star, yet her success became too valuable to overlook. Merit has a way of winning, even when people don’t want to admit it.

This is what real representation looks like. Caitlin Clark wasn’t handed relevance because of who she is. She earned it because of what she accomplished.

In the end, markets are a lot less interested in ideology than they are in excellence. And Caitlin Clark has plenty of that.

Stalin ordered the cold blooded execution of 22,000 Polish officers and intellectuals, each with a single bullet to the back of the head, then framed the Nazis for it.

In March 1940, months after the Soviets invaded Poland alongside the Nazis, Beria proposed liquidating nearly 26,000 prisoners for the purpose of eliminating officers, police, and the educated class, so Poland could never rebuild its military or intellectual leadership.

Stalin signed it off and they were marched into the forest, shot one by one, and dumped in mass graves at Katyn and other sites.

When German soldiers uncovered the graves in 1943, Moscow immediately pinned the killings on the Nazis and Soviet prosecutors even tried to enter the massacre as a German war crime at Nuremberg.

Communist regimes in Poland and the USSR locked the lie in as settled history until 1990, when as the Soviet system collapsed, Gorbachev admitted the NKVD carried out the killings on Stalin’s direct order.
And Russia’s parliament confirmed it again in 2010.
