I have been calling for compensation since February 5th and nothing as been done about it, the other sub i did just expired last night.

Imagine i was not able to use internet for almost three weeks, for a month subscription, and they still dint come to fix it.
For almost three weeks now i have not had network on fiber x its been blinking the red light because of a disconnection of their wire somewhere along the street i think a trailer was passing by and mistakenly cut the wire, and i have been calling this useless people everyday
till date and nothing has been done abt it till this moment, note im nt the only one affected!!!
