MTN Ghana customer service failed me badly today.
Went to the @MTNGhana Tema C6 branch for a SIM replacement. Before joining any queue, I specifically asked a staff member two things: (1) was I in the right queue, and (2) did I have the right documents.
I went back to the first staff member. He claimed he was “attending to a client” and didn’t hear my questions, despite being idle on his phone when I approached him. A convenient excuse for his own negligence.
@firstnatbankgh I must say I’m highly disappointed in the quality of banking service offered by your bank in recent times. An instant transfer of funds was made to my account. You can even see the funds in my account. But I don’t have my funds. Since Wednesday o. Why?
How can we enjoy your data when your speeds are so slow?
The second and third screenshot is after I called CS for them to fix the speed. They gave me alternative usernames to use.
Come on now! #data#speed#Ghana
I bought this Akai kettle from @MelcomGhana less than a year ago and its condition now is appalling. To think that I was drinking tea from this is sickening. The rust was leaking into the water this whole time

Do I need to tell you to suspend my account every time my account goes down? Is there a way you are handling these issues? So many questions, so little answers. Come on guys.
@TelecelGhana What kind of customer service do you guys offer? My service is down. I have reported it over 24hrs. Yet still my account is active. Your billing cycle is a month. And after that month I’d be expected to cough up moneys again. Am I missing something here?
