@spnakr007 It might have something to do with the account type. Cash/margin accounts and IRAs seem to go thru normal set of 'trading' reps but when I went to convert shares held in my HSA, fidelity bounced me to a different group.

@spnakr007 This sounds like one of those things where it depends who takes your call because I call Schwab this morning and they took instructions to convert in all my accounts.

I then called fidelity and they told me the transfer agent hasn't given them instructions yet and I have to wait

They're in a margin account but I don't have a margin balance. I didn't want to take the chance so they moved the shares to an old account and converted it to cash type.
