Daniel Duggan took a role as a civilian test pilot instructor at a reputable flying school in South Africa -  a common job for former military pilots. ​

He worked less then 18 hours. Reported his earnings to the ATO and paid his taxes. ​

The school has always maintained that the pilots Dan was training were civilians. All the training was open source, nothing classified.  ​

No other pilot or person from TFASA has been charged or imprisoned in relation to the training, only Dan. ​

Dan has done no wrong, and he deserves to go home to his family. ​
