DIY preworkout!
Clean, cheap, simple.
I stopped spending big money on preworkouts and this has been great. $15 for electrolytes/caffeine mix and $30 for L-citrulline.
1 scoop of ascent / 2 scoops of Citrulline. Energy, hydration, pumps.
Buy 2 tubs of Ascent and 1 tub of nutricost for $60 you have ~80 preworkouts. $0.75 per drink!
Of course you can’t forget to add in 5mg Tadalafil.
Thought this was a pretty good visual on how weight loss progresses. I’m 5’9.5” 38 yo. This was not quick nor easy with a full time job, house, 2 dogs and 2 kids. I started in January at 217# only lost 8# “dieting” through the first 3 months. once I learned how to track macros properly the progress was much more predictable. The lower you go the harder it gets but every pound of fat is a much more noticeable change.
I gained a ton on my lifts with back, shoulders, legs. I lost some on chest and biceps unfortunately. Went from 225 for 10 reps to 8 reps but I’ll take it.
6 months zero cheat meals. 15-1800 cal perfect day. 140-200gr protein per day. Zero missed gym days. Achieved with 3 lift days a week and zero cardio.
@ChopstickBurger@intensityjt No denial here. I hope you get that magic award you’re looking for for not “cheating” when we all end up in the same place. God bless brother 🫡
Just sad comments. Honestly I’ll take them as a compliment though. I’ve never done a single steroid in my life besides testosterone and never been “high” dose of it. I’ve used a few peptides as my family owns a peptide company. This was literally hard ass work and tracking my food like an absolute freak along with quitting alcohol. You don’t have to believe me but my wife and kids are all that matters to me. Also I’m too broke to buy drugs like that
@Visionboard0312 Besides using Reta about halfway through this I love BPC157/TB500 blend and that’s really it. I want to use a bunch more but don’t have the extra money
Thank you. A lot of people look for the shortcuts used. Yes they help. But they don’t do anything without the hard work. I don’t care if people think it’s cheating, I know and everyone around me knows that it took quitting alcohol, counting macros, never skipping a workout for like 8 months straight. That’s not easy haha
@dbglac Your right. I am actually going to start zone 2 cardio twice a week this month. But to be fair I do construction full time so I am on my feet all day starting at 5am
@Adam_Lukes_Dad Wow man that’s impressive as hell you should be proud! That’s a feat not many can say they accomplished. That last layer is hard, I’m battling it too. I think it’s just going to take time and consistency
