One thing I believe people are Forgetting is that the Xenoverse Franchise always intended to focus on gameplay elements and narrative concepts from Dragon Ball Online.
It's was always a MMO lite for consoles. Xenoverse 3 is that in it's entirety.
PVP was always secondary

If these XV3 awoken skills are being treated as an install it could be the ideal direction for PVP. The buff for SSJ1 is already enormous (comparable to current XV2 SSBE strength). SSJ3 is even more than that. A lot can happen in 60 seconds. I think I’m starting to see the vision
