*Gulp* well Thorne was one of my favorite supplement brands.
They just got acquired by P&G (for $3.8B🤯).
Often when this happens, the acquiring company starts to change the purity, quality and manufacturing of the products (usually to make more money). Thereby changing the identity of the company being acquired.
Until I hear more, I will be AVOIDING ordering or recommending any Thorne products.

I shared my experience getting blood filtration in Switzerland and had no idea how many of you would reach out.
We're actively working to bring this technology to the U.S. In the meantime, we're building a list of people who want to be the first to know when it's available 🙏🏻
👇🏻 👇🏻 If you're interested, use the link below and I'll make sure you're on the list.
Until then, don't overlook what your body is already doing. Your liver, kidneys, and gut are your built-in filtration system. The foundation is supporting them with proper hydration, gut health, regular bowel movements, sauna use, and healthy liver function.
I'll be diving deeper into each of these in upcoming posts, so stay tuned...

The thief who stole $100 million in BTC is going to have a hard time spending most of it.
Every coin is sitting in plain sight, tracked by Galaxy, the FBI, and thousands of others.
People call Bitcoin a criminal's currency.
It might be the worst money for crime ever invented.
🚨 COLDCARD EXPLOIT: How a 5-Year Firmware Bug Drained ~$89 Million in Bitcoin Without Touching a Single Device
A critical bug in Coldcard (Coinkite) hardware wallets has led to one of the largest pure self-custody losses in Bitcoin history.
What happened?
On July 30, 2026, attackers began sweeping funds from single-signature wallets whose seeds were generated on vulnerable Coldcard firmware. No phishing, no physical access, no malware - just offline brute-forcing of weak seeds.
The root cause (confirmed by Coinkite & Block engineers):
A firmware error introduced in March 2021 (v4.0.0/4.0.1) caused devices to skip the hardware True Random Number Generator and fall back to a weak software PRNG.
→ Mk3 effective entropy dropped to ~40 bits
→ Later models (Mk4/Mk5/Q) ~72 bits
Latest numbers (Galaxy Research, Aug 1-2):
• ~1,367 BTC (~$88–89 million) drained
• 4,585 addresses hit across three waves
• Most funds still sitting unspent in attacker-controlled addresses
Who is at risk?
• Mk2/Mk3: seeds generated on firmware 4.0.1 - 4.1.9
• Mk4/Mk5: before 5.6.0
• Q: before 1.5.0Q
• Highest risk if you did NOT use ≥50 independent dice rolls or a strong unique BIP-39 passphrase
Critical: Updating firmware does NOT fix old seeds. You must generate a brand-new seed on fixed firmware and migrate funds.
Fixed firmware is already out:
• Mk3 → 4.2.0+
• Mk4/Mk5 → 5.6.0+
• Q → 1.5.0Q+

If you used a Coldcard after March 2021 - check now. Self-custody is still king, but entropy is everything.
