4.) Its a small world we live in and word spreads quickly. I try to treat my customers with the best service possible. I do NOT make any money with what I do. I do it for fun! In situations like this its a huge burn because I won't even see half the money I spent.

3.) Unfortunately I purchased a big bulk of materials for this gentleman and then after he asks for a full refund without any reason or emergency. When I say I purchased a good amount of the materials and I would have to deduct it, they threaten me with a lawyer.

2.) Please do not be like this guy and cancel your order 2 months before work starts without any emergency or financial trouble. Once you place a deposit it is NON-REFUNDABLE unless you have a good reason or cannot afford the remaining payments.
