Winna responded today, on the deadline, with the regulator CC'ed. 🚨
They did NOT produce a pre-bet commitment for the 62 disputed rounds. They did NOT produce the server-generation logs. They did NOT dispute a single technical finding.
What they did instead was ask the regulator whether I am permitted to raise the complaint on my friend's behalf, and point at my history with them.
So he has now confirmed it himself, in his own name, in writing, directly to the regulator and to them. The claim is his. It always was.
Four days ago I said the only thing that ends this is a valid pre-bet commitment for the 62 rounds and the generation logs, and that anything else is avoiding the question.
What arrived was a generic letter about the messenger, written by lawyers, and NOT ONE word about the game.
Worth putting plainly: producing that commitment and those logs is, for an operator that has them, a database query. Minutes of work.
They chose instead to instruct lawyers and write to the regulator about whether I am allowed to ask. That is more time, more money and more delay than simply answering would have cost them.
Nothing about me changes whether they can produce it.
If they can, I will say publicly that I was wrong. If they cannot, refund the $7,299,672.
It is checkable, and it is entirely in their hands.

You should leave like the other partners.
Do you really want to be affilliated with these scammers?
i have decided to part ways with @Winna I wish them nothing but the best, I thank them for the support and help during my time with them.
I’ll have a announcement soon 🫶🏼
This is not me saying it.
https://t.co/abL6hmR6KR asked @Winna for the records six days ago, got no response, and went and checked using Winna's own public systems.
Their finding: the VIP build was not provably fair, and the 62 disputed bets cannot be independently verified today.
$10.5M of wagers that resolve to nothing on Winna's own API.
The ask has not changed and it is still one thing: produce a valid pre-bet commitment for the 62 rounds, and the generation logs.
If they can, I will say publicly that I was wrong. If they cannot, refund the $7,299,672.
It is checkable, and it is entirely in their hands.
Their deadline with the regulator is tomorrow.
6 days ago we publicly asked @Winna for the records behind player Heyri’s 62 disputed bets.
Winna did not respond.
So we investigated using Winna’s own public systems.
What we found:
-The player was not served Winna’s public Slide. He was served a private, account-gated VIP version that was visually identical on screen.
-The 62 disputed bets cannot be independently verified today. Winna’s public API serves no result, no target and no seeds for any of them. $10.5M of wagers resolve to nothing.
-We found no independently verifiable pre-bet commitment for the VIP build: a fresh server seed every bet, nonce fixed at 0, a client seed tied to a Bitcoin block mined in 2023, and no published commitment chain.
Our conclusion:
On the evidence available to us, the VIP Slide was not provably fair and the disputed bets are not independently verifiable.
We make no claim that any outcome was manipulated.
Our finding is that the implementation did not provide the guarantees provably fair exists to provide.
