@RedMedusa13 And with it, greater understanding of yourself and a letting go of all the criticisms that haven't been yours to carry for so long! A diagnosis is such an important step and meds have been game-changing for me. Time to heal now, lovely. I'm proud of you xx
@RedMedusa13 You’ll be ok. I had 2 assessments - a & b - by 2 different drs & at the end of assessment b, I got my diagnosis of combined ADHD! Very easy, not stressful, just questions about you & how u were as a child…that’s key, so if you can have some examples 👍😂 Good luck, gorgeous xx
@RedMedusa13 Good luck! I was diagnosed in October at age 55! Suddenly everything makes sense. The meds have been a game-changer for me. Feel free to message me for a chat if you want to. xx
@cfs_jo@DrNighatArif I have my uterus, I am 55. Maybe it is different if you are over 60? It's so worth getting a second opinion if you can. Good luck! x
@cfs_jo@DrNighatArif I needed to be referred to a gynaecologist, for the GP to prescribe it, but she said that it is in the NICE guidelines. My GP was reluctant, as I have had oestrogen positive breast cancer. I have been using the pessaries now for a few months and the difference is huge
@DrNighatArif@ljbrameld@jennyeclair Yes they are. I've been prescribed it for recurrent UTI's and I had oestrogen positive bc 12 years ago...game changer!
Tesco, good, occasionally busy later. Sainsbury’s, moderate to good, rough in toilet roll aisle.
Asda, light to moderate, heavy crowds by evening.
M&S and Co-Op, fair.
Waitrose, fair to moderate.
Lidl, rough at first, easing later.
And that’s the end of the Shopping Forecast.
