Ok I am going to post some Jesus jukes. And pin them on my page.
“Preach the gospel, use words if necessary”
Add your favorite stupid things you have heard at Bible studies.
Lower the Law
Charles Spurgeon (the Prince of Preachers) said, "I do not believe that any man can preach the Gospel who does not preach the Law ... Lower the Law and you dim the light by which man perceives his guilt; this is a very serious loss to the sinner rather than a gain; for it lessens the likelihood of his conviction and conversion. I say you have deprived the Gospel of its ablest auxiliary [most powerful weapon] when you have set aside the Law. You have taken away from it the schoolmaster that is to bring men to Christ ...They will never accept grace till they tremble before a just and holy Law. Therefore the Law serves a most necessary purpose, and it must not be removed from its place."
There goes another minute. Gone forever. Go share your faith while you still have time.
The Table of Nations in Genesis 10 very clearly teaches the European peoples descended from Japheth, not Shem. Anthropological and historical evidence suggests this is accurate, and fairly well documented so far as the ancient world is concerned.
I'm aware of no historical evidence suggesting that Semitic peoples became ethnically European, the diaspora notwithstanding.
But the opposite is true. Europeans became Jews, and are now cosplaying as Semitic in Palestine.
“Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, my client has an IQ of 62.
62.
He is genetically pre-disposed to exist in a society without the wheel, written language, or even a basic agricultural system. And you expect him to act like a normal person in our society? Are you retarded?
It’s unfair to expect my client to not act like a startled monkey who just had feces thrown at him after he was asked to leave the tent 15 times. Yes, of course he killed Mr. Metcalf, but come on. Isn’t having an IQ that low enough of a life sentence for my client?
The defense rests, your honor”
Mike, the U.S. Government has the same business in recognizing the true Christian faith in the same way it has to recognize the difference between men and women, citizen and non-citizen.
That’s why no matter how much you whine about it, you are not to be recognized as a Christian BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT.
One being that is God, shared by 3 divine persons.
You just said 3 beings, that’s 3 seperate gods.
Again, you’re not a Christian, that is not what the Bible teaches, that’s not historic Christianity as expressed in tradition, scripture or the creeds that you must confess or you are anathema.
Whenever the "Mormons Aren't Christians" discourse gets going, Mormon Twitter generally responds in one or more of the following ways:
1. Insist that rejecting Jesus's divine nature and His work does not disqualify them from "believing" in Jesus
2. "We are literally the kindest and most righteous people on earth."
3. "Your churches are an abomination but we are just like you and it's so mean of you to say otherwise."
4. Accuse of us misrepresenting what they believe and then tell us what they actually DO believe, which is exactly what we just said they believe.
5. Outright lie about what they believe.
@HansFiene 5
I keep seeing 5 every time. You can quote their “prophets” but they continue to just deny it.
It’s almost like every single Mormon is either a liar, or a prophet who decides what Mormonism actually is.
Doctrines of demons.
