I'm now 60% sure James Gunn's third DCU Superman film will be June 2029.
This likely means it will go up against Spider-Man 5 in July 2029 along with other 2 Marvel films.
I think this merger and Gunn's focus on MoT means 2028 will have no DCU films just Batman pt 2

I find it interesting the production pauses pretty much simultaneously with Skydance merger finalizing. Moving past that. If they are pausing indefinitely it means they expect Matt to be away for a while. Earliest filming starts up again WITH Matt is January.

1. They are moving on from revivals of old Marvel TV prime example being Daredevil. They are doing new stuff
2. Feige has a deep disdain for AoS
3. They would have announced is as a AoS revival and the title would include the words Agents of Shield:..
