First use case is to reduce the cost of Validity Proofs for Ethereum L2 ZK rollups like zkSync, Polygon zkEVM, Starknet, and Linea.

In testnet by the end of March, ZK rollups can send the Validity Proof to Horizen Proof Verification chain, which will send an Attestation to Ethereum.
