@matthewkb_matt @ASTROGaming @MarkRecks I did however find a great work around to this problem. This issue occurs when you unplug the headset from the charging cord/station, and plug it back in while the headset is on. You must turn off the headset, then plug it in. It's worked for me!

@matthewkb_matt @ASTROGaming @MarkRecks I appreciate the troubleshooting tip, however I use a Gen 1 xmitter with a Gen 4 headset. Basically I've owned the Astros since the first day they came out, then I bought a replacement headset years later. This issue has been with myself and Astro since the beginning of time.
