I actually agree on this because I have posted here on X about the errors showing on my page, I have created multiple tickets on discord(jagawa.),I could remember it was @durocryptoNFT that answered still no solution was rendered. I sent feedbacks on the app, still no response. I couldn't move up my points anymore after fighting to get to the top only to be stopped by the error,now I only focus on streak.
I was at 777 rank but after the error I dropped to 2k rank because the error couldn't allow me to claim points.
Yesterday when the pro version came out, I wanted to sub but I was afraid that after the sub I might not still be able to interact, that's why I'm just waiting for them to resolve it before any other thing.
I believe the purpose of us testing @askjuneai app,is to find error so that they would be resolved as soon as possible
So @askjuneai and @jkb0x I hope you all try as much as possible to look into the complaints and feedbacks the community is giving you and resolve it as soon as possible,that will go a long way in building trusts and keeping users in the long run
