Oklahoma land should belong to Oklahomans.

Foreign ownership of land, especially near our military bases, is a serious national security risk. Yet because of an absurd loophole created by Gentner Drummond’s office, buyers can still check a box and weaken the very protections Oklahoma passed into law.

That is not enforcement. That is failure.

As governor, I will ban foreign ownership of land, close the Drummond loophole, and make sure there are no exceptions when it comes to protecting our state.
