7% incline 1.160 miles and 440 VFT. Not bad. I think my heart is trying to jump out of my chest

Raised the incline to 6.5%. Only do 1.024 miles and 30 minutes. It is totally different kind of tired though.

1.56 miles 33:35 minutes. I am tired and breathless and I did it. Again. I am proud of myself for not giving up. I almost wrote yet. Not this time.

So pushed to 1.5 miles in 31 minutes. Did I say it is at 4% incline and apparently I got 320 vert m doing that. Not bad. I will do better!

I cheated and walked slowly. Did 30 minutes.
Today 30 minutes 1.4 miles. I will keep that for a few days to get used to the rhythm.
