Sarah Edwards has officially run out of the money.
She works at her parents' boat engine shop on off weeks, practices in a backyard field, drives nearly everywhere, and plays with clubs years past their prime.
She refuses to give up. Her story:

Today was a cool day! We donated over $1800 to the Joan Katz Resource Center in Fort Worth. If you bought a Kim’s Army shirt, you were the reason we were able to pay it forward. Thank you!! And a special thanks to @DorseyAddicks who lead the whole thing! 🙏🩷☺️
Join “Kim’s Army” and show your support for @KimKaufmanGolf in her fight with breast cancer. More info on the website. These hoodies are sweet!

This week is a big one for the @EpsonTour .
Nearly a year ago I witnessed an Epson Tour athlete buying golf balls in the pro shop at one of our events. I was stunned to be honest, as having worked on the men's side of the game this was almost unheard of.
From that day forward we became focused on finding an equipment partner that would step up and supply balls and gloves for our athletes, regardless of how they got to the Epson Tour. No need to have a stellar collegiate pedigree or a personal relationship with a Rep that could work around the system to find the athlete free gear.
The other challenge is our athletes are on the road for weeks at a time, requiring them to carry golf balls in their travel bag, which are extremely heavy and can tip the scales leading to overweight baggage charges (yes, the panic of reaching 50 pounds is a real thing as I have seen players shifting gear between bags at the airline counter to stay under the penalty).
@CallawayGolf answered the call in a big way. Guaranteed balls and gloves to any Epson Tour athlete who wants to play them, delivered directly to the player onsite. They are also providing their new Chrome Tour golf ball in all of our practice areas and come out to visit our athletes a handful of times per year to fit players in equipment at no charge. It's a wonderful expression of support for Women's Professional golf. Thank you Bjoern Kreutzer and Chip Brewer for your support!
We are playing a new event in the Jacksonville area this week. The team at Tour Vision Promotions, led by Patrick Nichol, have set a new standard on athlete and caddie treatment this week, including providing breakfast and lunch every day of the week, versus just during competition days which is the standard.
Additionally, the golf course, practice areas, volunteers, and general staging feel closer to an LPGA event than a traditional Epson Tour event. I'm confident the incredible members of Atlantic Beach CC are going to show up and support in a big way. The energy onsite is incredible and the Players are ready to put on a great show.
Like I said, it's a great week for the Epson Tour!

Thank you @GolfweekNichols for sharing my story. Feeling so grateful to tee it up in 2023 and couldn’t have done it without support from friends and family ❤️ https://t.co/g23pSK44MP
