@DeafCrocodile Thanks for sharing your art with the world, Avid! (Were you named after the video production system?) Filipino animators like you (and Forgotten Island's Januel Mercado) are getting some great notices lately. Hope to see more of your work to be released in the coming years!
@feni_book Not scratches, but the marbled patterns on the aluminum finish are possibly due to the recycled mixture from the manufacturing process.
What Steve Jobs would call a deviceโs โcharacterโ like the scratched up stainless steel on an iPod Classic.
Pls. CASE UP right after unboxing!

HERE ARE NINE SIMPLE LIFE HACKS that you can include in your daily living and activities that improve liver-health as well as overall health and longevity. Please share widely so that everyone can benefit.
And it does not feature any podcaster promoted supplements or crazy routines like cold showers or injecting blood of your children to look younger.
DAILY WALKING
Walking 8000 to 10,000 steps a day in young and 6000 to 8000 steps a day in elderly increases longevity and well-being and reduces death from all-causes including cancers. Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes to one hour and not lesser. The more steps, the better the results.

BRISK WALKING
Walking 100 steps in a minute (brisk walking) reduces liver fat without even weight loss. Brisk walking for at least 150 minutes per week ensures this positive outcome.

RUNNING
Running even once a week was associated with increased well-being, longevity and reduced risk of dying from lifestyle diseases including various cancers. Just once a week! The more you do it, the better it is for you.

ACTIVE VIDEO GAMING
In elderly persons or those who cannot perform outdoor or trained physical activity, playing โActive-Video-Games,โ i.e., gaming which requires active participation without being sedentary, improves balance, posture, gait speed and mobility. Such improvements can later be used to tolerate conventional physical activity.
https://t.co/MTYYd7jO2j
CONVENTIONAL VIDEO GAMING
Conventional and five days a week video gaming after work improves mindfulness, reduces post work fatigue and stress, and increases productivity.

SLEEP
Sleep at least 7 hours a night. Do not nap for more than one hour in the daytime (or try to completely avoid it) and try to catch up lost sleep hours (of weekdays) during the weekend. This reduces chances of getting fatty liver, improves fatty liver disease and reduces risk of developing progression of fatty liver.

COFFEE & TEA
Three cups of black coffee without milk or sugar (may use zero calorie sweeteners as desired, but would advise avoiding that too) in a day reduces risk of fatty liver, reverses liver fibrosis, reduces risk of progression of fatty liver disease to cirrhosis and lowers liver fat especially in those with diabetes. https://t.co/2iaLbKpP78 https://t.co/ORl1CoYSHL. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for tea because the quality of evidence is weak (https://t.co/oMhxY4XhDT)
ALCOHOL
Complete abstinence from alcohol increases longevity, well-being, productivity and absolutely reduces the chances of getting almost 30 types of cancers and several other metabolic diseases. Which means, you get to spend more quality time with family on this earth.

NIGHT TIME EATING/SNACKING
Night time eating or late-night snacking was associated with increased risk of metabolic disease, obesity, poor quality of sleep and longer but more inefficient duration of sleep. Avoid eating food at least within three hours before bedtime (weak evidence).

To summarize, walk at least 8000 steps a day, run at least once a week, try to brisk walk 150 minutes a week, sleep for minimum 7 hours a day, but not more than 9 hours, play active video games every day, play conventional video games five days a week to reduce work fatigue, avoid alcohol and drink 3 cups of unsweetened black coffee.
See, none of these feature โactual medicines.โ
