The number of times my son has been yelled at because the customer was using the wrong stores’ loyalty card beggars belief. I’m just suggesting an opportunity for synergy and a positive reward for people who give a bit of a crap for others, that’s all.
IDEA: every supermarket has an aisle for people who have ‘got it together’ and they’re served by a member of staff who also does. If someone comes to that aisle with no clue, the staff member has free rein to let loose with insults, and the customer would have to cop it……….
Think of it like a confectionery free aisle, highly marked and advertised so people know what’s going on. Being forced to be nice to people who think they’re better than their fellow humans is disgusting and happens daily……
@TrentDalton just finished the series, by golly it’s beautiful! Can only imagine how chuffed you must be! Brava to you and the whole cast and crew! https://t.co/w62RwsC8GJ
@ActuallyNPH just finished watching uncoupled. How can I explain it in a few words? Beautiful, delicate, admirable, poignant, stunning and refreshingly honest. Thank you from a 47 yo mum - can’t wait for more xx
