Russian couple detained for reading the Bible in the Hagia Sophia in Constantinople.

According to "Ostorozhno, Novosti," the couple, 35-year-old Victoria and 32-year-old Igor F., arrived in Turkey from Moscow for a vacation on the evening of July 13. Yesterday, on July 14, the couple visited the Hagia Sophia, one of Constantinople's main attractions. There, the man took out a Bible he had brought with him. Igor told "Ostorozhno, Novosti" that after this, the couple was "immediately surrounded and taken down, out of the Hagia Sophia." The Russians were taken to a police station in the Fatih district.

According to the police report, the couple are suspected of violating Article 216 of the Turkish Criminal Code – “inciting hatred or hostility among the population or degrading a section of the public.”

According to Igor, law enforcement officials are deciding whether to keep the couple in custody or send them to a deportation center. "We are not allowed to return to the hotel; they took my shoelaces, and they want to take fingerprints. They said that our fate will be decided here. There is not a single person here who speaks Russian," Igor said. The couple is asking for help from Russian diplomats.

Hagia Sophia was built in the sixth century as a Christian Church. Following the fall of Constantinople in 1453, it was converted into a mosque. In 1934, the building was designated a museum, but in 2020 the Turkish authorities in a provocative move reopened it for Muslim worship.

Perchè ci sfracassano la minchia con Omero?

Questa farsa woke dell'Odissea è solo l'ultimo degli attacchi messi a punto dai globalisti, e la cosa merita di essere analizzata.

Non c'è dubbio che si sia al centro di crisi culturale profonda, che vede il progressivo smantellamento delle fondamenta storiche dell'Occidente, e che segue la guerra al bello iniziata da Stalin.

Perchè Omero? Perchè l'Iliade e l'Odissea sono - insieme alla cultura cristiana - alla base della nostra filosofia, la nostra etica e la nostra stessa concezione dell'eroismo e del sacro.

Nel mondo descrito da Omero, l'esistenza umana non è un vagare casuale e privo di senso.

Ogni azione è fatta di fronte agli dei e agli uomini, al giudizio divino.

Disprezzare e rendere vile con femminucce e negri la sua opera è importante per cancellare il modello di civiltà che rappresenta, un mondo fondato su valori assoluti, sul senso del destino, sul rispetto del sacro e sulla ricerca della virtù attraverso il sacrificio.

Queste operazioni dei globalisti fanno parte del progetto di distruggere la tradizione occidentale per sostituirla con il nulla etico e religioso.

Eliminare Omero dai programmi educativi, bollarlo come obsoleto o reinterpretarlo attraverso le lenti del transgenderismo serve a privare le nuove generazioni delle proprie radici identitarie.

Quando si priva una civiltà dei suoi miti fondativi, la si condanna a una forma di amnesia spirituale.

L'eccellenza morale viene ridotta a un costrutto artificiale. Senza la bussola dell'etica classica, i giovani non hanno direzioni, si ritrovano isolati, incapaci di opporre resistenza intellettuale e facilmente manipolabili dal conformismo sociale.

Per riprendere il post di stamani si Nietzche, è una promozione di un'esistenza nichilista, nella quale l'essere umano è spinto a sprofondare nella mediocrità.

Omero celebrava l'eroe che lotta contro il proprio destino per difendere l'onore, la patria o banalmente tornare a casa.

Hollywood celebra la passività, il cinismo e la frammentazione dell'anima.

Si tende a presentare una mente avvelenata dal relativismo assoluto e slegata da ogni dovere morale come la massima espressione della liberazione.

Non è ovviamente così, questa demolizione dei pilastri culturali occidentali non libera l'uomo, ma lo spoglia della sua dignità, lasciandolo immerso in una miseria spirituale mascherata da progresso.

La resistenza a questa deriva comincia proprio dal ritorno ai classici, nel fare di nuovo nostra quella visione omerica che riconosce nella bellezza, nel coraggio e nell'ordine etico gli unici veri antidoti al declino della civiltà ed al globalismo che ci vorrebbe uniformati ed obbedienti.

A basement draped with camouflage netting, a makeshift wooden table, plastic cups of tea, a pack of cookies, and bottles of water in the middle – that very water that was worth more than gold just yesterday. Around the table are several elderly women and soldiers from the Southern Group, who have just brought them out of the city. For the first time in a long time, the women are speaking loudly, calmly, without fear.

"We lived without electricity for a year," begins a woman in a gray headscarf, as if still not believing it herself. A year without electricity. Generators – they had enough gasoline for a while. Then – batteries, taken from Ukrainian drones, to power a single light bulb. No gas. No heating. No information.

Her neighbor, with a scratch on her forehead, talks about the water. "There were 13 people in the family – ten liters a day." They went for water to wells under shelling and drone attacks. "Water was more expensive than gold. We counted every sip." In the winter, bottles froze in the apartments. "We melted the ice with wax candles so we could get some tea." At -20 degrees Celsius. In an apartment building. With windows blown out.
They were forced to leave "for Ukraine." They didn't go.

Ukrainian soldiers came to their homes. "Four of them broke into my house in the winter. They kicked down the door. They saw that there were people in the house, but they still went to break things." Four men shouted at one woman: why haven't you left yet, go to Western Ukraine. "But I don't want to go to the West. I was born here, I got my education here, I have my apartment here, this is my home."

She talks about the "Azov" fighters who shouted from the windows: "Leave, or we will throw mines at you." And about a local woman who tried to ask a Ukrainian soldier why they were hiding behind civilians – she was answered with a butt of a rifle.

When the soldiers from the Southern Group reached their streets, they found that the streets were mined. "How did you get through here, ladies?" they kept asking. Two soldiers were wounded while evacuating the residents.

The women were carried out in their arms. "They treated us gently, like precious vessels. If I hadn't gone through this myself, maybe I wouldn't believe it."

The woman in the headscarf remembers her father, a veteran who fought to Berlin, and says that she still can't understand how it's possible again, here, in her city, with her people.

"Our stories must reach our fellow citizens," her neighbor adds quietly. "So that our children and grandchildren know about this."
