3 days till I can weigh myself again, been so busy these past 2 months that I haven’t had my scale, praying for a new lw or at least to be in the 150s/140s again
I think I’m going to attempt semi-recovery? I still want to lose weight bc I’m obvs overweight and unhealthy but I want to do it slowly and try to make it ab improving myself - I really need to have a better headspace before I start uni bc I am struggling
I had a friend who was anorexic and I feel so bad bc I was trying to “help” her, I must’ve triggered her so badly, I thought forcing her to talk ab her problems would help, we don’t talk anymore but the more I struggle the more I reflect on how much she must’ve been struggling
When I ⭐️ve for an entire day and only intake water I gain like 3lbs from water weight before bed but if I eat like a pig all day I only have like 1.5lbs from food/water weight? Nutrition ppl of edtwt enlighten me, is there some cool science behind this?
It’s so insane seeing pictures of myself with friends now that I’ve lost like 65lbs, like I don’t stick out anymore and that makes me so excited, still have a while to go but progress is so insane
