Twitch protects favorites while the average streamer gets crushed by automated bans and ignored appeals. If a regular creator did or said half the things hasan piker gets away with, they’d be gone overnight or even arrested, @djclancy999 this is exactly why people don’t trust Twitch anymore.

Even as a streamer myself I am afraid if I keep utilizing the platform to re build my audience that it will fail with out reason on twitch.

It really needs a revamp, and a new owner.

I was on Twitch for 7 years. My 2nd channel got flagged for fraud because it made over a certain amount of ad revenue in its first month. They didn’t investigate and denied my appeal. That caused my main channel (partner with 70k followers) to get banned for evasion. It’s been 4 years now, they took away partner and kept over $7,000 I earned. All appeals are auto denied by ai. They simply do not care who they hurt
