I see that her face model in MK11 is made to look like Kitana, whose model is Asian, but the changes, like the taller face had me guessing it was Jerrod that she got her Asian looks from. @Theonidan I think it just appeals to a casual audience more easily. Many just want to play through the story, or with friends in their living room. The big draw for the casuals (the largest market share) is the spectacle, with the X-rays and fatalities, I would guess.
