@united Hey👋. I’ve went back & forth from hotel to airport 3 times now. Today alone. It’s 11:00pm central time now and I’m still in the airport. The girl at the gate is incredibly rude and now I’m not even getting the seat class I was getting assigned on all my canceled flights. Thanks.

@united is the absolute worst traveling experience I’ve even had. And I fly A LOT. Some how they managed to completely royally mess up both of my flights going to and coming home from my destination. Missed my reason for even going on the trip and now I can’t get home to work.

@united You don’t want to understand the situation better. Because your agents are clueless. There isn’t even bad weather. You really don’t care about your customers. I have went from flying today to tomorrow 3 times now. Now I can’t even get on the flight I originally.

@united You need to understand that it is progressively getting worse. You keep changing my flight and delaying it and then when I need the flight I already had booked it’s not available anymore. I have been to hotel and back to airport 3 times today. This isn’t right

@united Whats the point? Its incredibly evident that guys couldn’t care less. Worst part is that this is the most I’ve even spent on a flight in my life. They shut the door to the connecting flight in my face. They knew we landed and I was in the airport running . Delayed. No bad weather
