🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Florida after a 19-year-old whose speeding Mustang K*LLED two elderly people last year...

...was caught doing 120 to 130 MPH, running stop signs, and turning off his headlights to escape cops...

...ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE.

AND HE IS STILL WALKING FREE.

His name is Denis Maldonado-Reyes, he's 19 years old, in Apopka, Florida.

Back in November, troopers say he was driving 90 miles per hour in a 45 zone. Double the limit.

His Ford Mustang plowed into the side of a LYNX transit van as it turned.

Two people inside that van were k*lled.

Jerry Earl, 81 years old.
Aida Maldonado, 94 years old.

He tried to blame the VAN.

Nearly a YEAR later, that fatal case still hasn't been resolved.

He pleaded not guilty and he's been walking free the entire time.

And what did he do with that freedom?

Late last month, a deputy saw his Mustang blow through a four-way stop. Pass a car over a double yellow line. Then TURN OFF HIS HEADLIGHTS in the dark to try to disappear.

The chase hit 130mph.

And he was doing it all on a SUSPENDED LICENSE.

Suspended because he never paid a ticket for illegally blowing past a stopped SCHOOL BUS.

WHY IS HE WALKING FREE?????????

Many of you may remember the heartbreaking crash near Dime Box in July that claimed the lives of two young brothers, Trevor and Drew Batiste.

There was also a survivor.

Dearius Hodge, 18, of Dime Box, survived the crash and has been on a long road to recovery. Dearius graduated from high school in May, and his mother, Symanthia, has stayed by his side throughout his recovery.

Now, family members are organizing a **Benefit Raffle for Dearius** to help with mounting medical bills and other expenses, and they're looking for local businesses, organizations, and individuals willing to step up as sponsors.

❤️‍🩹 AN AGGIE FAMILY COULD USE SOME HELP

I received an email from Connor Fitzhugh asking if I could help share what he and his wife, Samantha, have been going through over the past several weeks.

Samantha graduated from Texas A&M’s nursing school after living in College Station since 2022. She and Connor had just moved to the Austin area, where Samantha was beginning her dream job as a Labor & Delivery nurse.

But on just her second day of work, their lives changed in an instant.

Connor says Samantha was driving to work when she was T-boned by a large truck that ran a red light. Their only vehicle was totaled, and Samantha suffered life-threatening injuries, including a crushed pelvis, broken vertebrae, broken collarbone, severe facial injuries, and bleeding in her brain and elsewhere internally.

She underwent multiple surgeries, spent a week in the ICU, and another week in the hospital. Now, Samantha is going through rehabilitation and learning how to walk and do everyday things again.

The couple says the crash has also created a tremendous financial burden. Samantha had planned to work while Connor began college, but she has been unable to start her new job. They're now facing rent, regular bills, medical expenses, transportation to rehabilitation, and other costs while navigating what could be a lengthy legal process.

The good news is Samantha says she's making progress. ❤️ In an update, she said she's already learning to do things independently again and is incredibly grateful that the support they've received has allowed her to focus on recovery.

Connor reached out hoping the Aggie family might rally around one of its own. 👍

💔 BREAKING: Actress Hayden Panettiere has died at just 36 years old.

Panettiere’s representative confirmed her death Sunday night. She was best known for starring in “Heroes” and “Nashville,” along with memorable roles in “Remember the Titans” and the “Scream” franchise.

Cause of death unknown right now. She was only 36.

❤️ A Bryan family could use our community’s support.

Summer Herrick and her family have been by their little boy Bronsyn’s side since May 17, when he was admitted to the PICU after becoming critically ill with rhinovirus and parainfluenza.

Bronsyn, who was born prematurely and has faced medical challenges since birth, has been fighting every step of the way. After weeks in the hospital, his family was faced with an unimaginable decision: bring him home on hospice or move forward with a tracheostomy in hopes of giving him more time to heal. They chose to keep fighting alongside their little boy.

With months away from work, mounting medical and household expenses, and two other children preparing to head back to school, the financial strain has become overwhelming.

🐾 HELP US FIND THIS SWEET BOY’S FAMILY 🐾💔

A friend of a friend of a friend of a friend who works at the Texas A&M Small Animal Hospital in College Station is asking for help in getting the word out about this dog, who was hit by a vehicle last Tuesday evening and brought in by a Good Samaritan.

He was found near Oak Lake and Democrat Road in Kurten.

He’s described as a tan, intact male Lab mix, estimated to be 2–5 years old, very sweet, wearing a tan KONG collar but he has no microchip or ID tags.

He suffered significant injuries to one of his hind legs, and while he’s currently being cared for, time may be running short. If no owner comes forward, he may be transferred but because of the severity of his injuries, there are concerns about what happens next. 💔

💗 A Texas family is preparing for the unimaginable: Welcoming their baby girl while also preparing to say goodbye.

Raeleigh Rhodes of Mexia, TX is in her third trimester after learning her daughter has anencephaly, a terminal condition in which parts of the brain, skull, and scalp do not fully develop. Despite the heartbreaking diagnosis, she has made the decision to carry her baby to full term and cherish every possible moment with her.

Now, the family is raising money to help cover funeral arrangements and create a special monument in their daughter’s memory, a place filled with the love they already have for her.
